Biography
Lowell B. Mason graduated from John Marshall High School and Northwestern University. He was admitted to the state bars of Illinois and Washington, DC. Mason served in the Illinois State Senate, serving as chairman of the Senate's Public Health Committee and Chairman of the Municipalities Commission. In 1954 Mason received an honorary doctorate of law from Northwestern University.
