13 Volumes : Thirteen buckram binders, most in slip cases, of correspondence, photographs and other ephemera.
Arrangement
Binders are arranged alphabetical order by participant last name, except for the first binder entitled “Local Authors beginnings.”
Accruals
Letters and biographical data sheets were sent to prospective participants. Participants occasionally sent supplimentary materials. Librarians also occasionally added clippings and magazine articles as relevant.
Processing Information
The collection’s original order has been retained. In 2015-2017 the original vinyl binders were replaced with chemically inert buckram and slipcovers.
